The bible institute

Started in January 2018, EDCM maintains a partnership with "El Centro de Entrenamiento de Liderazgo," which is an online bible institute provided through the Christian Church mission Disciple Makers.  

     This institute equips and empowers national leaders by focusin on three main areas:


THE HEAD

  Through our partnership with El Centro de Entrenamiento de Liderazgo,  the institute offers 5 college level Bible courses.  This provides each student with the biblical knowledge he/she needs to teach and preach in the local congregation.


THE HEART

     EDCM offers several seminars throughout the year that focuses on the heart of a minister.   We equip each student with the tools necessary to maintain a healthy spiritual life, a healthy marriage and a deep connection with Christ while being a minister in a local congregation.  


The HAND

     This is the application of the previously learned material.  We equip each student with relevant information in many areas of ministry, including organizing a worship service, handling church finances and other basic leadership skills.  We offer opportunities for students to put into practice everything they have learned in the institute.  

Will you sponsor a student? 

     The cost of the institute is $1,000 per student for the two year program.  This fee covers: a new laptop, Logos Bible Software in Spanish, all of the online bible classes, all books, and all classes taught  in the D.R. 

 

We offer the opportunity for churches and individuals to sponsor a student to help cover the majority of the cost of the bible institute.  We ask that you pray about partnering with us to help Equip and Empower the future leaders of EDCM.
